What is The Pulse & Wave, Movement Upgrade?
The Pulse & Wave, Movement Upgrade is a 15-day guided Bowspring upgrade, over the course of three weeks, for students who already familiar with the Bowspring foundations and want to move consistently and with accountability!
Here’s the pulse of the 15 days:

Days 1-5
→ Daily 30-minute Bowspring classes
Each day builds awareness and strength through breath, balance, and spiraling form. We start with foundational tone and expand into more layered coordination.
Â
Each week, we will work a similar sequence of poses the whole week and build it along the way!

Days 6-10
→ Expect a deeper spring, more fluid transitions, and refined directional tone. We’ll explore layered postural expressions and subtle recalibration.

Day 11-15
→ Focused on 'rooting and rising'Â
